~ Starters, Soup and Salad ~

Artichoke Dip With Parmesan – Served bubbling hot with warm sourdough bread. Two sizes

Prawns In A Skiff – Six jumbo prawns, sautéed with mushrooms, rosemary, lemon, white wine and butter. Served with bread or Jasmine rice, or over Linguine pasta.

Shrimp cocktail – Classic.

Homemade Soup or Chowder– Always made here from fresh, wholesome ingredients.

Salad Bar - Help yourself to the salad bar, featuring local organic greens whenever possible. We’ll serve the bread. Also available with soup

Chicken Fajita Salad – We top a green salad with a generous portion of seasoned, juicy chicken thigh meat, shredded cheeses, cherry tomatoes, black olives, and red onion. Served with ranch dressing, unless otherwise specified

Grilled Portobello Salad – Mixed greens, tomatoes, toasted walnuts, and crumbled Gorgonzola cheese, tossed in our balsamic herb vinaigrette, and topped with generous slabs of grilled Portobello mushroom Add grilled chicken if you like

~ Entrees ~

Potato choices are pan roasted herbed red potatoes, baked, french fried, mashed, or choose steamed Jasmine rice. Entrees are ala Carte. Salad bar may be substituted for sautéed vegetable. A trip to our self-serve salad bar may be added.

*Galley Steak – 10 oz. All Natural Misty Isle Farms prime cut grilled rib-eye steak, sautéed fresh vegetables, red wine peppercorn cream sauce, and your choice of potato.

*Top Sirloin Steak – An 8 oz. All Natural Misty Isle Farms tender grilled top sirloin, sautéed fresh vegetables, red wine peppercorn cream sauce, and your choice of potato.

Prawns In A Skiff – Six jumbo prawns, sautéed with mushrooms, rosemary, red chili flakes, lemon, white wine and butter. Served with bread or Jasmine rice, or over Linguine pasta.

Fettuccine Alfredo – True cream sauce, tossed with fettuccine and Parmesan. Add grilled chicken breast or prawns.

Mushroom Peppercorn Chicken – Grilled breast of chicken, topped with generous slices of grilled Portobello mushroom and our red wine peppercorn cream sauce. Served with sautéed vegetables and pan-roasted herbed red potatoes.

Southwest Chicken - Grilled breast of chicken, topped with roasted corn black bean salsa, green onions, sour cream. Served with chili-cheese corn bake and sautéed vegetables.

Chicken Fried Steak – Crispy on the outside, tender on the inside, this diner-style delicacy is served with mashed potatoes, creamy country style gravy, and sautéed vegetables.

Honey Stung Fried Chicken – Three piece, crispy fried, with fries and slaw.

Chicken Strips – Crispy chicken breast filets and fries.

Captain Dan’s Plate – Battered shrimp, scallops, and halibut. Served with slaw and fries.

Crispy Battered Shrimp and Fries – Deep-fried to golden perfection, with slaw.

Fish and Chips – Lightly battered halibut filet, with slaw.

~ Sandwiches, Burgers, and More ~

Our beef burgers are made using 1/3 lb. of Misty Isle beef, 100% free of antibiotics and feed hormones. All burgers come with burger sauce, lettuce, tomato, red onions, and dill pickle. Meatless patty may be substituted. Sandwiches and burgers served with choice of soup, fries, Cole slaw, or cottage cheese and fruit or substitute onion rings or salad bar. +Galley-Size any burger.

*Hamburger – All Natural Misty Isle beef.

*Cheeseburger – Cheddar, swiss, or pepperjack cheese.

*Bacon Cheeseburger – Cheeseburger plus two strips of bacon.

*+Galley Burger – A double-size bacon cheeseburger on a Kaiser bun. 2/3 lb. beef, twice the cheese, twice the bacon.

*Blackened Bleu Burger – Cajun & Jamaican spices, with melted
Gorgonzola cheese.

Black Bean Burger – Our own grilled black bean veggie patty with pepper jack cheese on a sesame seed bun, with guacamole, lettuce, tomato, and red onion.

*Mushroom Swiss – Grilled fresh mushrooms, swiss cheese.

*Black Jack – Cajun and Jamaican spices, pepperjack cheese.

*French Dip – Beef slow roasted in olive oil and garlic, sliced thin, piled high on a hot sourdough sub roll. With au jus.

California Chicken Club – Grilled chicken breast, swiss cheese, bacon, and guacamole on a sesame seed bun, with lettuce, tomato, and red onions.

Portobello Mushroom Melt – Grilled Portobello mushroom slices smothered in melted swiss cheese on toasted sourdough with cream cheese, roasted red bell peppers, red onions, lettuce and cucumbers.

Halibut Fish Sandwich – Lightly breaded halibut filets on a sesame seed bun with our homemade tartar sauce, cheddar cheese, lettuce, tomatoes and red onions. Served with a side of slaw.

Old School Chicken Burger – Juicy Grilled chicken breast topped with swiss cheese and smoked bacon slices, on a toasted sesame seed bun, with lettuce, red onions and tomatoes.

~ Mexican Specialties ~

Chimichanga – Crispy deep-fried tortilla, stuffed with spicy beef, cheese, and our savory pinto beans. Topped with sour cream, fresh salsa, and guacamole. Served with beans, rice, and mexi-slaw

Enchiladas – Savory black beans, roasted corn and cheddar and jack cheeses, baked in corn tortillas and smothered in enchilada sauce, topped with sour cream, fresh salsa, and guacamole. Served with beans and rice. Add chicken

Smothered Beef and Bean Burrito - Blended spicy Misty Isle beef, cheese, and savory pinto beans, wrapped in a soft home-style flour tortilla and covered in cheese and enchilada sauce, topped with fresh salsa, sour cream, and guacamole. Served with rice, beans, and mexi-slaw.

Fajita Wrap – Grilled Chicken, shredded marinated Misty Isle beef, or fresh vegetables, wrapped in a hot tomato-herb tortilla with cheese, black bean corn salsa, rice, lettuce, tomato and onion. Fresh salsa and sour cream on the side.

Taco Salad – Seasoned ground beef, salad greens, black olives, pinto beans, sweet red onions, tomatoes, shredded cheeses, sour cream, fresh salsa, and guacamole.

Nachos Supreme – Blue, red, and yellow corn chips, generously topped with cheese, black bean and roasted corn salsa, sliced ripe olives, green onions, sour cream and fresh salsa. You may order Half order or Add chicken
